As both a competitive athlete and coach, I have a strong understanding and appreciation for the communication and collaboration vital to the success between a coach and an athlete. The coaching qualities I identify as paramount are: education (giving you the why and not just the “hows”), individualization (training and nutrition should be unique to you, and enhance your life not consume it), transparency, honesty, and efficiency.

The pursuit of being “optimal” is a distraction. Being “optimal” is an illusion, as when something is “optimal” it is inherently unobtainable or fleeting at best. In strength and physique sports consistency is paramount to athletic development and achievement. These truths lead me to focus on the most important question of coaching; “what is sustainable?”

If we work together, I will design training in a way that leverages your individual strengths and weaknesses allowing you to progress an individual developing at your own rate. I am not just a scientific practitioner, but I am also a practicing scientist. I have spent over six years coaching, training, earning degrees in kinesiology, and generating research. I will use all of my experience to help you achieve your goal.
